Search beyond one job title

What employers look for
Strong applications demonstrate reliability, patience, clear communication and a realistic understanding of nursery work. Practical experience with children can help, but it may come from volunteering, family responsibilities, sports clubs, youth groups or school placements.

Avoid misleading “courses”
